I just wanted to say thank you and to let you know how incredibly pleased I was with the service I received from your crew. I called this week because I was unable to remove the hose from the back of my washing machine because the hose connector was completely rusted on to the water pipe in the wall.

I was incredibly anxious about having to call a plumber out. I have heard many horror stories so I tried everything I could possibly imagine for 2 straight days to remove the hose myself. I am a Navy Submarine spouse and have had to deal with many daunting maintenance issues on my own and have felt that in the past, certain companies have taken advantage of my situation and my inability to have my spouse present. Needless to say, since this was my first time having to call a plumber on my own I was prepared to run into another situation where someone might try to take advantage of my lack of expertise and exploit my predicament.

Instead, I was unbelievably impressed with the professionalism and honesty of the two gentlemen who came out to removed the hose. They were up front with me the entire time about what they were doing, loosened the hose for me and never once tried to make me feel pressured or uncomfortable about the repairs that they were doing.

I currently teach a 3 day course on base to new military spouses and since many of these wives run into the same situation that I have been, I want you to know that I will be recommending your company to any wives who may be dealing with home maintenance issues in the future.
